Mo- indicates using monocot ESTs; di-, using dicot ESTs; comb-, using combination of all monocot and dicot ESTs; touch, a predicted gene overlapping a standard gene on the same strand by at least one nucleotide (gene locus sensitivity); same, identical CDS between the predicted gene and the standard gene (gene CDS sensitivity); and diff, the predicted gene's CDS is different than that of the standard gene.
