Joint errors in Bustard and BayesCall for the 76-cycle phiX174 data on GA-II

The (x,y) entry corresponds to the percentage of reads with x errors in Bustard and y errors in BayesCall. For x < y, the upper diagonal entry (x,y) is generally much smaller than the corresponding the lower diagonal entry (y,x), thus, indicating that BayesCall generally produces sequence reads with substantially fewer errors than does Bustard. See Figure 7 for a heat plot of joint error a larger range of x and y.
