TSNI-predicted TRP63 target genes. There are 91 unique genes in the figure corresponding to the top 100 TSNI ranked transcripts. A total of 53 of 91 genes have been validated by our ChIP-chip experiment. Color represents gene ontology classification (yellow, cell differentiation and development; red, metabolism; white, others). Squares represent genes confirmed by ChIP-chip experiment described in this study.
