Quantitative allele-specific expression (ASE) analysis of the genes with double hits. ASE was tested by comparing the skewing of gDNA and cDNA using pyrosequencing. The y-axis represents the percentage of total expression level of one allele of the heterozygous SNPs. Each diamond represents the measurement of one individual. For PDIA3, SNX27, and GCC1, the expression ratios were not significantly different between gDNA and cDNA. For SERPINB10, the expression ratios of cDNA were significantly skewed over gDNA (t-test, P < 0.01), indicating ASE in this gene.
