(A) MEST and MESTIT1: A triple hit (including CTCF) was found overlapping the alternative transcript MESTIT1, and a double hit was found at the MEST start site itself. (B) PEG10 and SGCE: A triple hit was found at the shared promoter of these two genes. (C) KCNQ1 and KCNQ1OT1: A triple hit was observed 800 bp upstream of KCNQ1OT1, with KCNQ1. (D) SNRPN and SNURF: A double hit was found at the point of overlap of these two genes at the promoter of SNURF.
