Micrococcal nuclease cleavage of nucleosomal and bare genomic DNA. Nuclei from MDA-kb2 cells and chromosomal DNA were digested with micrococcal nuclease as described in Methods. DNAs were isolated, and 2 μg was loaded in each lane of a 1.2% agarose gel.
