EMSA of YY1 binding to the predicted YY1 motif. Oligo SC-2533 was used as the positive control and NC stands for negative control. HeLa nuclear extract was the source for the YY1 protein. Anti-YY1 mouse IgG was used for the super-shift reactions. The mobility shift and super shift of the oligos demonstrate the specific binding of YY1 to YY1 motif. The EMSA shown was a phosphorimage of the gel.
