Small RNA pseudogenes in the human genome

Column 1 indicates the name of the small RNA. Column 2 indicates the number of sequences identified in the human genome using a BLAST search E-value <5.0 × 10−27. Columns 3 through 6 indicate the number of Ux/L1, Ux/Alu, Ux/processed pseudogene, or Ux/poly(A) sequences identified in our analyses. Column 7 (Alone) indicates Ux sequences identified in our screen that are not associated with repetitive sequences in their 3′ end. Column 8 (Others) indicates sequences that are associated with other repetitive sequences. The frequency of each category of pseudogene is indicated.
