Significant probes identified at an estimated FDR of 10% on the tiling array (blue bars) and annotated introns (green) are plotted on the 16 nuclear chromosomes of S. cerevisiae. Introns in which significant probes were observed (red) are aligned in the middle. Of 272 annotated introns, 141 are identified using the tiling microarray.
