PGRs generated near a non-protein-coding region (“C53C7.5” in WormBase; Chen et al. 2005) on chromosome X. In the “Transfrag” track, blue, green, or orange boxes represent transfrags from the PA, NPA, or SNPA arrays, respectively. An SL1 site is annotated at the 5′ end of this region.
