The number of regions called in five replicate experiments (A–E, ranked by SDe) using CNVfinder with dual thresholds 6×/4× SDe, SW-ARRAY-permissive, and SW-ARRAY-stringent are reported in A, B, and C respectively.
aFalse positive rate = number of called but not validated regions / total number of tested regions.
bFalse negative rate = number of non-called but validated regions / total number of tested regions.
