The microarray data were first filtered by confidence, using a p-value of 0.05 as threshold. The table shows selected cDNAs upregulated more than four-fold in comparison to other floral organs. ESTs with no hits to known genes have been removed from the list. The full list is shown in Supplemental Table 6.
