  • Gene trap vectors disrupting the indicated genes were replaced by Cremediated cassette exchange. Clones isolated after selecting for the resistance gene carried by the replacement vector were analyzed by Southern blot hybridization. The percentage of clones in which the entrapment vectors were properly replaced is indicated for each experiment.
