Localization of duplicate genes in aromatic amino acid synthesis of S. cerevisiae metabolism. Linear pathways (dashed boxes) were identified by evaluation of the full genome size metabolic model iLL672 with the Flux Coupling Finder. The correlations between duplicate genes and identified regulation knots were carried out manually.
