The expression of the DOC1 gene in psiRNA-Neo-Doc1-transfected cells is silenced after endostatin (A) and fumagillin (B) treatment compared with its change of expression at 1 h in psiRNA-Neo-Control-transfected cells. The lack of change in gene expression after 1 h of treatment with both agents is a reliable sign that the DOC1 gene is being silenced by the appropriate siRNA. Each dot represents a ratio between the number of ds-cDNA molecules of the gene of interest and the number of ds-cDNA molecules of the housekeeping gene GAPDH. Each dot is an average of three experiments.
