The number of ω+ sites (nonconserved alignment positions predicted to be under positive selection with a posterior probability P > 0.90 by one codeml model and P > 0.50 by at least one other model) predicted by codeml using the PAML package (Yang 1997; Yang and Nielsen 2002).
