Fine mapping of clusters of HS. To more precisely localize the clusters of HSs, we mapped them with respect to other restriction sites in the genome. The restriction enzymes indicated on the figure were used to perform double digestions with either PstI (HS324) or SspI (P365) of SP-1 DNA, followed by Southern blotting and hybridization with the probe indicated.
