  • a T/B Ratio is the array hybridization signal measured in the 100% R1.1 sample divided by that of the 100% A20 sample. Each measurement is the mean of four separate arrays

  • b According to literature. Blanks indicate that we could not find literature-based evidence for T- or B-cell-specific expression. For 14 of the 17 genes for which there was no literature support for the expression pattern, the same samples have been examined by a reverse transcription-based RNA quantitation assay (Fan et al. 2004); in all cases examined, the results from this orthogonal assay agreed with the results determined in this array experiment (J. Yeakley, J.-B. Fan, and E. Chudin, unpubl.)
