RT–PCR amplification of ALS7 and reverse ORF mRNA from C. albicans strains. ALS7 cDNA was synthesized from RNA using primer TRF and reverse ORF cDNA was synthesized from RNA using primer TRR. cDNA was amplified by PCR using primers TRF and TRR.
