Output of the program used to analyze all possible single base substitutions for a 24mer. F1, F2, and F3 are forward reading frames and R1, R2, and R3 are reverse frames. The change in mass resulting from the indicated substitution is shown for each of the reading frames and the number of substitutions that could not be detected for the stated thresholds are shown.
