Transcript map of the Gnas complex imprintedlocus. Six transcriptional units were definedfrom this study; these are Nespas, Nesp, Gnasxl, F7, exon 1A, and Gnas. Each transcriptional unit is associatedwith a differentially methylatedpromoter, andconsists of several splice variants.
