Comparison of Columbia ecotype satellite consensus sequences. The Col-0 consensus was derived from PCR-amplified sequences obtained in this study; the Col-edges consensus was derived using the 950 satellite sequences available from The Arabidopsis Genome Project (GenBank). The two consensus sequences were aligned with the species satellite consensus (Fig. 1); dots represent identity to the species consensus, and changes from the consensus are indicated.
