The cDNAs were derived from the following tissues: K—kidney, L—lung, B—brain, H—heart; T—testis, Li—Liver, FL—fetal lung, FB—fetal brain; FH—fetal heart, FK—fetal kidney. We have confirmed that all transcripts are derived from chromosome 10 by using the appropriate RT-PCR primers to analyse a monochromosomal somatic cell hybrid panel (not shown).
