Hierarchical clustering. Microarray data from 161 Human UniSet I microarrays, corresponding to 84 aRNA target preparations from total RNA isolated from 6 different tissues (duplicate microarrays for 77 target preparations and single microarrays for 7 target preparations), were clustered using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The blue color indicates no expression, and red indicates a high expression level. There was a single source for both muscle types, two different Burkitt's lymphoma cell lines, two separate harvests of HepG2 cells, three liver sources, and two placental sources.
