The gaps between the CTG4 contigs are estimated by either YAC physical map (Saji et al. 2001) or genetic map based on the average of recombination frequency within the regions. All of the bridging clones are merging the CUGIs contigs are as following: OSJNBa0094O15 and OSJNBb0004G23 for joining contigs 297 & 78, OSJNBa0054H10 for contigs 78 & 79, OSJNBa0039C07 for contigs 295 & 85, OSIGBAC-B0812A04 for contigs 418 & 88, and OSJNBb0039L24 for contigs 90 & 91.
