Probes are named (A) K1-O2 and (B) D1-L2. HLA-B alleles are designated according to standard nomenclature (Robinson et al. 2000). An “X” indicates a signal consistent with predicted pattern, a “Y” indicates a false positive, and a “Z” indicates a false negative.
