(b) Schematic representation of the various domains found in cluster 130 as displayed by XDOM. Two subfamilies are clearly recognizable. (Top) Ferredoxin-NADP reductase subfamily; (bottom) NADPH-cytochrome P450 reductase subfamily. Sequence O04434 was a fragment and not labeled as such in TrEMBL.
