Percentage of hits between rice–Arabidopsis BAC pairs. One hit refers to a distinct match in rice and Arabidopsis. For 126 rice BACs analyzed, there are a total of 5957 rice–Arabidopsis BAC pairs linked by homologs. Among those pairs, 93.3% have one hit, 5.5% have two hits, and 1.2% have more than three hits.
