Restriction map of pYEXTSH3. The vector includes the E. coli Amp R gene and the yeast selectable markers URA3and HIS3. The modified MCS (SalI/NotI) contains a stop codon in each reading frame. The epitope tags HA and RGS-His6 were inserted at the N terminus of the MCS.
