(Coding) The number of coding nucleotides; (Genomic) the extent of each gene over the genomic region. The number of exons is indicated. Where not all exons are known, a “+” sign is used. Alternatively spliced exons are included. Orientation is either proximal (P) or distal (D). The expression profile is indicated with + for EST established tissue expression and a gray box for experimental determination (Northern blot). (−) Negative Northern results. If there is no information, a blank box is left for that particular tissue. The last five columns indicate homology with other species. (*) Experimental expression data presented in this work and from relevant literature; (**) experimental expression data from relevant literature only.
