Quantitative RT-PCR of liver mRNA for EST AI746730, glutathioneS-transferase (GST), Cytochrome P4502B10 (cyp2B10) and β-globin. cDNA was synthesized using random primers and amplified with gene-specific primers or primers to 18s RNA.
