[i] Hexamers and pentamers from Tables 1 and 2 withP ≤ 0.05 were compared to the yeast binding site entries in TRANSFAC v. 3.5. All binding sites that contain one or more of the hexamers or pentamers are listed. The binding sites are grouped together by the factors that bind to them, according to the TRANSFAC database.
