[i] Summary of multiple RHdb entries for human genes or EST clusters. The localization of the RH entries is indicated in cR3000. Hs. Human sequence clusters entered in the UniGene database. For each gene or EST cluster one representative hybridization probe was chosen to determine its corresponding position on the PAC contig map. For most of the known genes single copy probes (s.c.) have been used that are described in Gawin et al. (1995). For G2, CSTF3 and the EST clusters, inserts of IMAGE clones have been employed. The human sequence cluster Hs.97925 that shows no similarity to PAX6 is represented by the sequenced cosmid clone 80a12 located at thePAX6 locus (see Figs. 1 and 2).
