[i] Each library was assembled independently using Velvet. The eight RR libraries were merged using Minimus into a single assembly. For comparison with the Minimus assembly, the whole-genome shotgun (WGS) Velvet assembly is included. N50 contig length is the minimum contig length, such that all contigs larger than that size represent 50% of the assembly.
