[i] BDP1 and BRF1 peaks were grouped with POLR3D (RPC4) peaks when peak edges were within 60 and 50 nt, respectively, of each other. Peak groups were then assigned to a particular gene if an POLR3D (RPC4) peak edge was within 100 nt of the start or end of an RNA-coding sequence, except for Alus and other repeats, for which the distance had to be 0 nt.
