[i] N50: The size of the contig such that 50% of the assembly is contained in contigs of size N50 or greater. Length (# contigs) (>20,000 nt), total length of all contigs longer than 20,000 and total number of such contigs. We found that Velvet produces optimal results when run as Velvet(27,5).
