Phylogenomics of 84 bacterial genomes. The tree depicts the bacterial phylogeny acquired using RAxML after whole-genome sequencing, genome assembly, and orthogroup detection. Phenotype prediction with Traitar3 revealed that the overwhelming majority of bacterial strains sequenced are aerobic, with the exception of TSA3A and LRB41, which are facultative anaerobic. Our collection contains only three gram-positive strains, and the rest are gram-negative. Genome sizes may vary even within a genus, as is the case with Acinetobacter, where we observe genomes ranging between 3 and 5 Mb.
