The Lactobacillus/Bombilactobacillus–Adar–editome axis. The presence of gut microbe Lactobacillus/Bombilactobacillus elevates the editing level of the Adar p.482 Ile > Met auto-recoding site, increasing the enzymatic activity of Adar, and consequently affects the global editome.
