System flow: (1) Each DO_j encodes (in RNS) and encrypts her methylation values. (2) MLE initializes $\overrightarrow{t_{\mathrm{num}}},t_{\mathrm{denom}}$ and executes $\mathtt{i}\mathtt{t}\mathtt{e}\mathtt{r}$ iterations of homomorphic evaluation of the site and time steps over encrypted values (written in double brackets $\left[\right[\cdot \left]\right]$). (3) CSP decrypts, decodes, and outputs the resulting $\overrightarrow{t_{\mathrm{num}}},t_{\mathrm{denom}}$ values whose ratio is the predicted e-ages.
