TF scCapture-seq improves analysis of cell differentiation trajectories. Diffusion maps of pre-capture (A,C,E) and post-capture (B,D,F) cells built using the destiny package (Angerer et al. 2016) with pseudotime direction determined using Slingshot (Street et al. 2018).
