Alignment of P. infestans CRN1 and CRN2 predicted amino acid sequences. The amino acid sequences of CRN1 and CRN2 were predicted from full ORF sequences. Identical amino acids are shaded in dark gray and similar ones in light gray. The predicted mature CRN1 protein starts at position 18 (VDI...), and the mature CRN2 protein at position 23 (SQL...).
