Sequence composition of subtelomeric assemblies. The GC percent and major interspersed repeat sequence composition of the subtelomeric assemblies are shown. The interspersed repeat classes were calculated independently for each strand, and the genome-wide averages were calculated from NCBI Build 34 of the human genome.
