Multiple alignment of mod(mdg4) variable exons from D. melanogaster (Dm) and A. gambiae (Ag). Mod(mdg4)58.0 and Mod(mdg4)55.1 mRNAs have homologs in A. gambiae but do not encode a zinc finger-like domain.
