The DomainFinder algorithm has attempted to merge these into a consensus region but one of them is considered byDomainFinder to be too small to belong with the others (it has insufficient overlap with the others), and a second consensus, made from only one Srep hit, is built. For the purposes of theGene3D resource, it is sufficient that the smaller domain is merged into the larger region.
