Insert sizes of 27374, 37385, and 147493 have been determined experimentally; no information about insert sizes is available for clones 878278, 416019, and 347742. Clone 27374 seems to be derived from an unspliced genomic sequence which is supported by two findings, namely lack of sequence similarity to the clones 416019 and 37385 and the presence of a CAG splice donor site at position 184 of the 5′ end sequence of 27374. The orientation of the transcript cannot be deduced because directions are not consistent for overlapping clones.
