Yields of 46 cRNAs synthesized in a 96-well format. Starting with 5–7 μg of total RNA, the mean yield was 50 μg of labeled cRNA, with a S.D. of 12 μg, a high of 76 μg, and a low of 15 μg. Only 15 μg of labeled material is used for each hybridization.
