Genomic organization of BAC 33152. The β-satellite repeat sequences flanking the gene are inverted in orienation with respect to one another. The ZNF repeats appear as a black square symmetrically located in the center, whereas the three β-satellite repeat superstructures appear as a “patchwork crosses” on either side of the ZNF gene.
