Genomic distribution of GBP sites above certain thresholds

[i] aThe percentage of the genome that is occupied with bases reaching this GBP score.
[ii] bThe percentage of bases that are within 0.5, 1, 2, 5, and 10 kb from a RefSeq transcription start site (TSS) among those that are at or above the GBP threshold score of the row.
[iii] cThe percentage of bases in a reported DNase I hypersensitive region (Boyle et al. 2008) among those that are at or above the GBP threshold of the row. The GBP was set so that a location on average would be expected to have a value of 0.02.
