In situ hybridization study of PLP2 expression in adult mouse brain. DIG-labeled sense and antisense probes for murine PLP2 were generated using a DIG-RNA-labeling kit (Roche). In situ hybridization was performed on fresh frozen coronal sections (10 μm) of adult mouse brain.
