Motif patterns found in OR promoter regions. Logo representations were created using the software from http://weblogo.berkeley.edu/logo.cgi. Motifs were identified by using Gibbs Recursive Sampler, Consensus (*) or Weeder (†). Motifs that resemble O/E-like sites show a conserved CN₆G sequence. Motifs 1–4 were further analyzed as described in Figures 3–5.
